Feelings: the reason why we do anything or want anything, because of how we think it will make us feel. Feelings drive our action, whether it's a feeling we have currently, or a feeling we are seeking. Feelings or emotions are vibrations in the body that come from chemicals the brain releases when we think thoughts. The feeling is always a direct result of the thoughts we think. If you are dealing with difficult emotions, sometimes just gaining awareness around the thought creating the feeling, can be the most powerful tool you can use to find relief.
