Thought Errors

"It's normal to have a treat every day."

 

"You can't have a meeting without refreshments."

 

"Food is meant to be enjoyed."

 

While these thoughts may seem true, based on what society and our upbringings have taught us, they are just that....thoughts. We know thoughts are optional, and these thoughts are what create the urge and desire for us to eat in a manner that has led us to our current situation with food. We want to question those thoughts and, if possible, change them in order to reduce the urge and desire we are facing. When we reduce our urge and desire, it becomes much easier to adhere to the protocols we have set for ourselves, helping us on the path to success and achieving our goals.
