False Pleasure vs. Well Being

 When it comes to healing our relationship with food we need to look at weather we are seeking false pleasure with what we eat.  There's a significant difference between seeking fleeting pleasures (like overeating) and embracing a healthy lifestyle. The first path can lead to a cycle of overindulgence and low self-esteem, while the second empowers us to take control, boost our self-confidence, and apply these skills to other areas of our lives. It's a reminder that even small choices can have a big impact on our overall well-being.
