Setting a Protocol

If you want to lose weight permanently you’ll need to set a protocol that will become your new normal. This does not mean you never get to eat your favorite foods again. It just means if you want to eat something off of your protocol, you plan for it 24 hours in advance so you’re not making decisions in the moment and breaking your trust and commitment to yourself. The stronger you are at sticking to your protocol, the easier it will become in time as you develop new neural pathways in your brain.

Answer the 3 questions in your workbook when setting your protocol.
1.  How many meals do you plan to eat in a day?
2. What foods will you not allow?
3. How much will you eat at each meal?

Plan to stick to this protocol for at least 2 weeks, then we will evaluate your results and tweak it from there. Let's go!!
