Success, Now What?

Welcome to week 11!


You've come so far and I'm so proud of you! 


We've learned so much together. We've explored our thoughts and feelings and how they drive our actions and results. We've learned about our hormones and how they relate to weight loss. We've learned to allow for disappointment, and processed urges.  We've learned how to make decisions ahead of time and talked with our future selves. We've navigated the river of misery and found success on the other side. 


Now what?




We keep going! If we've achieved the goal we set for weight loss, we choose

another big goal! Setting goals and always working on improving keeps

our minds sharp and helps us become our most evolved selves!
