Beliefs are an integral part of who we are and how we perceive the world around us.

Our beliefs determine the quality of our life experiences.

They influence the decisions we make, and the relationships we form.

They determine how we view ourselves and how we interact with others.

Our beliefs can be empowering or disempowering,

and they can either open us up to limitless possibilities or limit our potential.

Ultimately, our beliefs provide us with a sense of purpose and direction.

Our brains are powerful tools that, given a thought to think,

will set out to prove that thought or belief correct.

Crazy thing is, our brains would rather be right, than happy.

So when we adopt belief systems that are not helpful,

our brains immediately set out to find proof or evidence that thought is correct,

even to our detriment.

Lets take this week and examine some of the unhealthy

beliefs we have set in place and question whether they are serving us or not.
