Solving for Over Eating

Today, we are going to tie over-hunger and over-desire to why we overeat. We now understand how the hormones our brains release in response to the food we eat affect our hunger levels, as well as how the emotions we have around the food we eat come into play with why we overeat. Now, we need to get to work resetting those hormone levels and retraining new neural pathways in response to desires and urges to eat food not on our protocol. I also want you to look at your protocol and see if there is room for improvement in your diet. Now we know hoe flour and sugar affect your hormones, let's revisit how much of those we are letting into our protocol and is it possible to reduce our intake!
